This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and MARKETSBEATER LLC (Jacksonville, Florida, USA).
New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You are not charged anything during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends — from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal — and pay nothing. The trial exists so you can evaluate the indicator on your own charts before any money changes hands.
When the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically and the charge for each billing period (monthly or annual) is non-refundable. Because access to the invite-only indicator is granted immediately and cannot be returned, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial or unused billing periods.
You can cancel any time from your dashboard (Manage billing) or the Stripe billing portal. After cancelling you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us through the contact page and we will review it and make it right.
