This policy explains how MARKETSBEATER LLC (Jacksonville, Florida, USA — "Marketsbeater," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit marketsbeater.com or use the Marketsbeater service. Questions any time via our contact page.
When you create an account or subscribe we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider), your TradingView username (used to grant indicator access), and your plan selection. If you contact support or join our email list, we collect what you send us.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. We receive limited billing information from Stripe, such as your subscription status, plan, and the last four digits of your card.
Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and operate the site, and analytics/advertising technologies — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to measure how our ads perform and to reach interested audiences on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The pixel may collect information such as pages you visit on our site, your device and browser type, and identifiers Meta uses for ad measurement. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) from our hosting provider. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook "Ad preferences." Blocking non-essential cookies does not prevent you from using the Service.
We use your information to: create and manage your account; grant and manage your indicator access on TradingView; process billing and prevent fraud; provide support; send service emails (receipts, access instructions, important account notices); send marketing emails if you opted in — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; measure and improve our website and advertising; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Marketsbeater — Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Meta (advertising measurement via the pixel described above) — each under their own privacy and security obligations; and where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We keep account information for as long as your account exists, and billing records as long as tax and accounting rules require. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information except what we must retain by law.
We use reputable providers and industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, hashed passwords, restricted access) to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can access and update your account details from your dashboard, unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message, and request a copy or deletion of your personal information through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws; we honor verifiable requests consistent with applicable law.
The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
